Automation in motion: OMRON’s European tour returns this autumn
OMRON Industrial Automation is pleased to announce the continuation of its exclusive European tour on Automation Excellence. Following a successful start earlier this year, the tour will resume in Italy in October and then travel to Iberia, the Nordics, the UK, and Eastern Europe.
These invitation-only events provide system integrators, machine builders, and manufacturers with a unique opportunity to experience OMRON’s latest automation technologies first-hand. The updated program highlights how OMRON solutions support greater efficiency, precision, and quality across industrial operations.
Attendees will discover how the Sysmac all-in-one automation platform simplifies the creation and personalization of modular machines by integrating control, motion, safety, robotics, and vision into a single architecture. They will see how smart sensors with IO-Link enable automatic changeovers, real-time data collection, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance, all without disrupting production. The tour also features advanced motion control with integrated safety and real-time connectivity, driving smarter conveyor solutions with servo and variable speed drives.
OMRON will demonstrate its next-generation vision technologies, including AI inspection, digital watermarking, and line scan cameras, which together enhance accuracy, prevent errors, and enable efficient inspection at any speed or scale. Additional highlights include Automation Playback, which allows unexpected events to be recorded, reviewed, and resolved quickly, as well as insights into OMRON’s comprehensive safety portfolio and innovative approaches to control panel design.
