Coming full circle

Now more than ever consumers have more environmental awareness. Existential issues like cutting emissions, reducing waste, or conserving ecosystems are paramount and further stimulate the FMCG industry to act sustainably and be transparent. Green issues have become key drivers of consumer purchase decisions as they are willing to pay more for products more sustainably sourced, more sustainably produced, more sustainably disposed. The manufacturing industry must react accordingly and reduce emissions, not only in their factories but along the value chain and one of the key points to start with is waste.
Our economy is currently linear and to migrate to a circular economy, waste should be reduced at maximum and recirculated in the system as much as possible to minimize the part going to landfill. To do that, it is important not only to reduce the waste generated from sourcing to distribution, but also to educate consumers in the post-use and improve de collection and recovery of primary containers (cans and bottles) and secondary packaging (cartons, wrappings) that currently is one of the biggest issues.

Our approach

We focus on innovative technology and smart automated solutions to reduce waste and improve waste management to battle greenhouse emissions along the value chain. We not only help manufacturers cope with such sustainability issues, but we ourselves are of course also committed to comply with SDGs as a certified green supplier, helping to lower the total carbon footprint of our customers and all parties in the product lifecycle.

Benefits of our solutions to reduce waste

  • Reduce waste in manufacturing & distribution with automation solutions targeted to prevent mistakes, failures, rejects and inefficiencies throughout the packaging line.

  • Increase recovery rates and encourage recycling through automatic recovery solutions helping to make 3R systems (Refill, Reuse, Return) more cost-effective, accessible and consumer friendly.

  • We decrease our own carbon footprint, lowering packaging waste and shipping emissions of our products.

  • We commit and live to corporate social responsibility (CSR) as stated in our company values. We are here to improve lives and contribute to a better society.
