Features
Suitable for various industrial applications
Our software offers seven different types of recording functions for a wide range of industrial purposes. The automatic Trigger Recording that includes Time Trigger, Motion Detection, and Master Image Comparison can be used for detecting image change. Our Continuous Recording feature has the ability to remotely monitor the site status in real time without recording or continuously record for up to one year depending on the storage capacity of your PC.
Automatic recording of state change events by trigger input
The FDR is able to record a video showing the machine state for five minutes before and after the defect. This is supported by a Vision System that is used to inspect the assembled component, hence, once a system failure is detected, the trigger is sent to the FDR.
Efficient identification of problem causes in un-manned site
In an un-manned process, it takes time to identify the cause of error due to the unknown situation. By recording the robotic arms behaviour on certain commands , it facilitates you to understand the situation when a problem occurs.
A wide selection of camera models for accurate recording
With over 100 models of cameras, the recording of events can be done accurately. The ultra-compact remote head camera can be installed in narrow spaces and the 0.4 Mpix camera is able to record high-speed production lines. To simultaneously capture wide and narrow areas in the manufacturing site, our broad portfolio cameras can be combined with lenses for different fields of view.
