Updated notice about OMRON Business Operations in Russia

Since our decision on March 14th to suspend temporarily shipments into Russia and Ukraine for our industrial automation, healthcare, and electronic components businesses, we have been closely monitoring the situation in the region. After carefully examining the future sustainability of our local operations, we have decided that it is not feasible to continue our industrial automation and electronic components businesses in Russia.

As a result, we now made the decision to wind down operations of those businesses in Russia. We will proceed with preparations based on this decision and will put measures into place to soften the hardship of our employees.

We will continue our healthcare business in Russia to the limited extent of supplying medical equipment such as blood pressure monitors and nebulizers. This decision will have no impact on manufacturing and sales in other parts of Europe.
