Extended Warranty Registration

Extended warranty can be provided by OMRON based upon the receipt of correct data regarding the robot identification, buyer and end-user of the robot. It may be required to validate the condition and the quality of the robot installation an also the robot location and serial number need to be confirmed. All data provided by the buyer in the registration process must be accurate in order to validate the extended warranty. In return for the accurate data, buyer will receive the extended warranty which consists of 2 years of (a) supply of required spare parts for which standard shipping costs are included (in case of express/courier delivery additional costs will be charged) and (b) any labour and travel expenses.
