Mixing
Omron sensors and other equipment can be found in mixing applications throughout industry and especially in the food & beverage branch, where their resistance to disturbances by particles in the environment and to chemical cleaning agents is renowned
Typical applications range from mixing-drum position detection for materials charging, to mixing-paddle speed detection and control. In the latter, sensor pulses are fed to an Omron inverter to ensure the right mixing speed is maintained, which is critical for consistent mixture quality.
